| "He was truly an inspiration to all of us, not just for his many accomplishments, but because of who he was as a friend, an inventor, and a humble and gracious man," said Mr Kim.
I found some confusion to see the statement Because of who he was a friend
is it not looking incomplete.
Kindly correct me Thanks and regards

I believe you meant to ask the question this way:
Quote:I found this confusing: "…because of who he was as a friend…"
Doesn't that seem incomplete?
Grammatically, it is complete, yet in my opinion it would be easier to understand with additional punctuation:
"He was truly an inspiration to all of us, not just for his many accomplishments, but because of who he was — as a friend, an inventor, and a humble and gracious man," said Mr Kim."
The main point is that the subject was inspiring, through his public actions as well as through his personal qualities. The rest of the sentence lists several of those areas in his life that were particularly exemplary. | |
